Shipping Costs for Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges or credits on orders that you are not satisfied with as long they are unused, clean and resellable.

For exchanges the following shipping costs apply:

NOTE: We recommend thar you ship all returns with delivery confirmation or insurance.

The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the items back to Pink&Blue.

If you have paid by Credit Card ,and there is a price difference we will make adjustments to the card that you used to make the original purchase.

We are NOT responsible for items lost or not received when returning them back to us.

NOTE: Please leave a note with the Invoice #, Name, Address and Phone Number, so we have a chance to find you in our files. Without it we won't be able to credit your account or ship you the replacement.

We hightly suggest that you add a delivery confirmation or insurance on any returns or exchanges.

SPECIAL NOTE: The Star Shoes - You can return shoes for a refund or exchange within 45 days and exchanges within 90 days. $ 3 shipping apply for Exchanges
